About The Author

Constance J. Peak  is a businesswoman and serial entrepreneur.  She is the Co-Founder of Maverick Vision International and MVI Advisors (www.mviadvisors.com) in the capacity of Chief Strategist and Confidential Life Coach, as well as a Master Certified Coach Trainer with www.mvicoaching.com.   She is founder of MVI Sustainable Technologies, focusing on water conservation and usage worldwide.   Constance is also Director of Program Development and Support at the United Nations Headquarters NYC of an international non-governmental organization (NGO) called the Foundation for the Support of the United Nations (FSUN-UNO).

Constance  has extensive experience in corporate communications training, English proficiency training, personality development training, and professional presentation.  She is sought after for her expertise in coaching business owners and  executives of multi-national companies on strategic positioning for positive growth, and personal branding.  Constance co-founded Maverick Vision International and their group of companies with her business and life partner, Janet C. Salazar.

Constance is passionate about  rights to education, women’s economic and socio-political empowerment, philanthropy, diversity and inclusion and LGBT equality.  She is a strong advocate of environmentally sustainable practices and encourages support for social entrepreneurship.

Also known as “CJ Peak”, Constance is a well known and respected international club and rave dj, mentoring and collaborating with many artists in the house and techno music scene.  She founded the House of Musique in 1992, a worldwide collective of music artists.  Constance is a retired law enforcement professional, a markswoman at expert level, and a commended life-saving first responder proficient in conflict and critical situation resolution.  She was also a champion record setting athlete in shotput and discus, as well as starting her first business at the age of 15.

Constance was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA) at the age of 9 and told by numerous doctors that her condition would see her as a paraplegic in a wheelchair by the age of 20.  After 20, the doctors diagnosed her with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome (RSD) and said she’d be a paraplegic in a wheelchair by 30.  After 30, Constance was in a car accident and sustained 7 disc herniations,  when doctors told her she would be a paraplegic in a wheelchair by age 40.

Over 40 and still walking, Constance enjoys life’s lemons, sipping lemonade and looking for the next category to conquer, constantly rediscovering self and the world around her.    More Lemons Please!
